It's not too soon to start thinking about your future...the deadline for the 2007 scholarship is September 10th, 2007. Previous applicants are always welcome. Must be between the ages of 15-18

SPONSORSHIP INCENTIVE PROGRAM:
We are beginning a sponsorship incentive program which is open to all BWPHA members.

Each person who brings in a $100.00 sponsorship will recieve one free class.

Each person who brings in a $50.00 high point sponsorship will recieve $3.00 off a class.

BWPHA depends on sponsors to keep our shows and awards the best they can be, so get out there and get yourself some free classes!

The Fun Committee is pleased to announce its Party Proposal Incentive Program...
In the past, we've had Margaritaville & Alumni
Weekend...
now it's your turn to pick the party!

We are accepting proposals for themes for each weekend. Each proposal should be sent no later than May 1st, 2007.

Responsibilities include hanging flyers, making sure everyone is hyped up for the theme, and attending the potluck dinner. Everyone is encouraged to get as creative as possible, including decorating campers, playing themed music, games, or even movies.

Additionally, we would like to choose a "central" location and have one big bonfire as opposed to several small ones. Let's all really come together this year and show some of the new members what a happy family we can all be!!

Once the top 5 themes have been selected, the winners will recieve a free horse stall for the weekend they host the party. $40.00 can stay in your pocket for just telling us how and when to party!! Proposals, questions or concerns can be directed to:

The Spring General Membership Meeting
is April 22nd - Be there and you could win a free individual membership or $25.00 off a family membership!
Youth Board at 11:00 a.m.
Adult Board at 12 p.m.
General Membership at 1:30 p.m.
 
Also, sweepstake fees have changed to $10.00
and payouts are as follows:
1st - 50%
2nd - 20%
3rd - 10%
